It rained all day today. I spent the morning in the Red Cross Museum, explored the Botanical Gardens between rain showers, and then avoided the weather in a cafe for lunch. Then, when the rain stopped, I headed back outside, walking along the lake towards the city. I stumbled into a history of science museum (which I think only I’d get excited about). It was full of old microscopes, telescopes, and famous experiments. I spent far too long in the little museum before heading off again towards Geneva. Along the river their were political cartoons, mostly in French. The cartoons, with the old city of Geneva behind it, where an odd contrast. I made it to the city for dinner, only to find myself in pouring rain as I headed to the train and home for the night.
